Book #2 in "The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel" series is called, "The Magician", and it's as good as the first book. The action starts minutes after the last book ends and only slows down for a brief chapter or 2 in the middle. It's been nearly non-stop action for 2 books now, with a 3rd one yet to be read...fun but exhausting. In the end there will be 6 books...but books 4-6 are not published yet.
"The Magician" is great. If you read "The Alchemyst" and liked it, then you'll like "The Magician". If not, then you're done.
I picked up the 3rd book tonight..."The Sorceress", and it looks like it's going to be just as good as the first 2.

I got this book for Father's Day, but have not started reading it, yet. But, I enjoyed book 1 very much!
